how long does it take to get pregnant after a miscarriage? Your experiences please :)

My first M/C was at 23 weeks, I had a baby boy called Riley-Lee. I got pregnant 3-4months after but miscarried at 8weeks a couple of weeks ago.

What are your stories? I feel ready to try again, I have learnt to cope emotionally, I still have my days hut doesnt everyone? I would really appreciate your stories :).

Hi there its so heartbreaking when you experience a miscarriage early or late :( i had 2 late miscarriages at 21+ weeks a little girl named Lydia who lived for a short time then the following year i had a still born little boy named Tom - it then took me 14 years to become pregnant again which was 6 weeks ago - sadly this ended in a miscarriage at 14 weeks - i believe i have a weak cervix but the consultant i was under wouldn't let me have a cervical suture at 12 weeks - it breaks my heart to think that this was acceptable from somebody who you put your trust in - i was told that by having internal scans every 2 weeks would show any changes to my cervix opening - This did not show and my cervix opened again - i do believe that maybe had i had the stitch this may not have happened - ive been informed that if i am lucky enough to become pregnant again then there will be no question to me having the stitch - i am desperate to have a family of my own like all you ladies - good luck and best wishes xx

ive also been told that it is easier to get pregnant straight after a miscarriage - due to levels of hormones - i really do hope so as ive just started my cycle again so fingers crossed maybe next month

I had a missed miscarriage and D&C at 10 weeks back in March. It took the full 8 weeks for my period to come back and then (using ovulation tests) I ovulated on day 23 and conceived and am now 26 weeks pregnant.

In my case 6 weeks. Four weeks, period, conceived that cycle.

My first miscarriage was at 7 ish weeks, I had a period and then fell pregnant. My second miscarriage was about 5 weeks and I got pregnant before my next period.

I have miscarriage before 3 weeks and it was 19 weeks plus, I really really want to have again, how long do I need to wait?

Hospital doctor said to wait 3 month whereas I asked my gp doctor she told me if it’s my 1st miscarriage then you can try again whenever I feel comfortable, some people told me to wait at least up to my 1st period, really don’t have idea?

Please help me?

I miscarried 16/12/2017, I’m now 17 weeks pregnant which, according to hospital dates means I’ve been pregnant since Christmas Day. Apparently my eggs hang around 😂 must say I’ve been very anxious. We followed the sperm meets egg plan. Xx

It took me about 5 months. Cycle was haywire until then. I miscarried at 11 weeks.

On my case, everything was normal, upto 3 months, spot of blood was seen but I had an scan 2/3 times, evevrytime it was fine. After 3 and 1/2 month, it stopped, everything was fine I had an scan and my urine everything was fine.
But suddenly water broken and it was 19 weeks plus, I have been to hospital. They admit to me hodpitAl and wait but upto 4 days wait nothing. And the doctor gave me medicine to terminate the baby.

Now its 3 weeks and really want to have again asap, no idea how long do I need to wait?? Please help me xx
