When did you have your first consultant appointment?

With my first pregnancy I had seen a consultant by 12 weeks (viewed as high risk). But this time I'm nearly 15 weeks and haven't heard a peep from the hospital except for my 12 week scan. Should I be pestering the MW (or someone else) about seeing a consultant soon? Or is it actually normal to see them later than I did with DD1 (When my antenatal appointments were all a bit backwards when compared with other people). Thanks.

I'm seeing mine at 30 weeks. Was supposed to be 24, but he postponed it. Am not especially high risk, is to request an elcs.

I'm hypothyroid so my GP sent a referral letter when I was 8 weeks. I subsequently received a letter saying I was on a waiting list, which was followed by another this week saying someone would see me in a 'couple of months'. That'll make me 5-6 months....

I think it depends on your healthcare area, and mine is particularly shite. With hypothyroid the first 13 weeks are critical, so 5-6 months is taking the piss.
