I am a bit one track minded and all my favourite things to do when have time involve being active. So if I might take the dog a walk, blitz clean+tidy, go shopping, visit museums etc.
But everything I like doing involves being mobile and on my feet.
However I have SPD (currently awaiting physio appointment) and find that I can't do these things anymore without bad hip problems.
I have had a day off today with DS in nursery and literally everything I could think of was bad for my hips!
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Oh and money is an issue, so massage type stuff is out of my budget.
Please help this crumbly stuck in a rut pregnant person.
