I think my morning sickness is slooowly abating as I approach 12 weeks - but I still have major aversions to ridiculous things. For example, I can't look at photos from a recent holiday as my morning sickness was just peaking, and even looking at the pics brings it back Confused

I remember from my last pregnancy that there were certain clothes I wore when sickness was at it's worst that I couldn't wear again for the rest of my pregnancy!

The one that's making me feel a bit Sad is that the smell of DD's unwashed hair makes me feel sick so I keep obsessively shampooing the poor child! Usually she smells divine to me, even when she's dirty Sad

This is completely normal. It's a defence mechanism.

I did. I had to throw out two handbags during my morning sickness period, and I couldn't go into our kitchen for weeks. They just stank (but not to anyone else)!!

I did have the very strong sensation the other day of my morning sickness returning (vivid flashbacks to lying prone on the sofa with accompanying nausea) - all brought on by... the theme tune from mythbusters. Weirdness!! Grin

Yes milk - unfortunately. Even looking at it makes me feel sick, the smell of it makes me heave, and drinking it is impossible. Cheese and yoghurt however are fine. Weird.

Less surprisingly my dogs. I usually adore them, doggy smell and all. Now they are outside a lot more..... v sorry dogs :(

I'm mostly better but the smell of dirty clothes still makes me gag. I've had to switch to bio because Fairy is just not getting the smells out enough for me any more.

Also, there's this horrible sickly-sweet blooming tree around us that absolutely turns my stomach... it's mainly stopped blooming now thank goodness, but every time I'd walk outside I'd retch.

Absoloutly!

When I was pregnant with #3 and in hospital with hyperemesis hubby bought me a Sheryl crow cd. I listened to it endlessly.
For years after I couldn't even have it on in the house as I would come down with an awful feeling of nausea!

I'm 8 months. Can only now talk about our holiday to France when I was 6 weeks preg without gagging. Although mention of the restaurant there is a bit too much to handle still. Excuse me.... Feeling a little queasy at the thought!
