I'm only 30 weeks but still have awful sickness and want this baby out now. When is it safe for me to start actively wishing for him to be here?

I think anything from 37 weeks is considered safe so you've a wee while to go at the moment. I'm sorry you're feeling so awful. Do you have anyone to help you?

I think any time from 37 weeks is considered full term

Poor you. The baby is considered "term" from 37/38 weeks. But once you start going earlier then the chances of the baby not being ready and problems arising increase. Especially with their lungs.
The last few weeks are tough, you have my sympathy, but the baby needs to stay in there for a while yet!

37 weeks is full term (and up to 42 weeks is within the realms of 'normal')!

ok, I wont start actively wishing for it yet, 7/8 more weeks seems manageable. My DP has been really helpful thankfully, but I still have to go to work etc and the sickness just never stops Sad.

Still 7/8 weeks, I've already done 30, 7/8 should be ok. I hope!

I'm expecting twins (more probable they'll come early) and the midwife said that although 37 is the officillal full term threshold, if they come at 36 it's fine.

I'm only 27 so a while yet (I hope!)
