Do Easyjet require any documentation to fly with them at 26 weeks?

DH and I are planning a trip to see family in Germany before we have the baby as my SIL lives there and is pregnant too so we want to get together and enjoy each other's company and compare bumps before our lives are taken over by little ones! We're planning to fly when I'm 26+2 and back at 26+6 with Easyjet from Luton. I've looked at their site and I see that I'm fine to travel with them up to 35 weeks, but what I was wondering is whether they require any documentation to confirm that I'm only 26 weeks? I can't see anything on the site, but don't want to run into problems at the airport and be turned away.(Trying to call them and ask will be a last resort as I know how difficult it is to find a number/get through to a person!!) I will take my notes with me, but not sure if airlines require an official doctor's letter?

Has anyone flown with Easyjet at this stage (in particular from Luton) and do you have any experiences you can share?

Thanks

I am flying with them at 28 weeks and figured as they don't say you need documentation, well then you don't. I hope I am right!

Maybe take your MatB1 or whatever it's called.

I would get a note. I was 34 weeks when I flew with easy jet but they were very difficult with me, and made me stand and wait for a long time while they wandered about muttering - even though I had a note from a consultant.
On the way out they hadn't even noticed I was pregnant.
Low cost airlines are a bit of a lottery and they don't care much for customer service so it can't hurt to get a fit to fly letter and take it with you. Just ask your doctor/MW.

Thanks for the replies. I have a MW appointment next week so I'll ask for a note to be on the safe side!

i agree, be on safe side and get a note. A friend of mine had to get her docs to fax a note to the airport when she was in the late 20's weeks, as easyjet were refusing to let her fly (domestic) without it. Quick trip to docs worth it to save the tears and stress at airport.

Take your notes etc.. but generally, when I fly pregnant, I always hide my bump. Just saves hassle and questions.

Didn't help me last month when I fainted in the security queue and the paramedics were called but luckily I was still allowed to fly!

I flew with easyjet at the weekend 25 weeks and was fine, I did have my notes on me just in case. I also try and make my bump inconspicuous in the boarding queue.

Generally the rules for easyjet are that a note is required between 28-35 weeks and it must be dated within 5 days of your flight, not sure if that is just your outbound flight. I will do some googling on that as I'm going away for a few days on easyjet for 7 days at 32 weeks.
