12 weeks pregnant and just noticed blood

What do i do? I am due for a scan tomorrow, but just noticed a little blood when i wiped after a wee. I have now gone into panic mode, and cannot think straight. Do i phone any one? Lie down?

Just seen this. I'm so sorry. I was wondering when I was posting if it was right for me to be saying things like "it's probably ok, it's common, etc" when really I didn't know and I might be giving you false hope. So I'm really really sorry that it turned out like this. I hope you're getting plenty of support. I really did hope that it was just one of those things and you'd be back telling us everything was ok. I'm so sorry for the false hope I may have given to you. I truly hope you will be ok and that you can move on. You have my thoughts.
