Horrendous dizziness anyone?

I was just wondering if anyone else is experienced/ has experienced horrendous dizziness towards end of the first trimester, as if it's got better, at what stage?

I'm about 11+4 today and up until last Friday was suffering from pretty bad nausea. Felt much better on Saturday so went to see my horse but about half way through grooming him came over really faint and light heade. Tried to ignore the feeling for a few moments, but then my head started spinning, vision started crackling and I just had to sit with head between knees which did help. Exactly the same happened again yesterday morning and now today, as I'm trying t do some ironing, keep needing to sit down. I know dizziness is not uncommon in pregnancy and I have no other symptoms, but would be interested to know if this is something that gets better quickly or something I may be living with for some time.

I should add, BP was fine at booking appointment last Wednesday.

TIA

I had it all the way through, and ended up fainting a couple of times. I think its fairly normal. Make sure you are drinking enough water, and sit or lie down if you start to feel dizzy, just in case. I ended up fainting off of a chair once, fell on the floor and had carpet burn on my face! Bump was ok though.
I had low blood pressure though.

If your BP was fine, it'll probably be low blood sugar. That's what caused mine (my BP was also on the low side, but always is even when not pregnant). Try to eat little and often, make sure you have something first thing, and keep snacks on you at all times to pep you up if you start feeling wobbly.

Mine improved slightly once I started doing this, but still happened occasionally, and if I didn't eat often enough I'd either faint or come close!

Keep drinking the fluids to prevent dehydration too. That can make you light-headed and can happen even in cooler weather.

Thanks everyone. Have been trying really hard to eat regularly and drink lots.

I only ever had this when I hadn't drank enough water, make sure you keep drinking as it keeps your blood pressure up.

I had it and it was due to low iron. Spatone is brilliant for a boost. I used to nail two or three a day!
