I'm 18 weeks and hoping to start the aquanatal classes at my local pool.
Is there any special stuff I should bring?

I love swimming and I'm delighted about this class, I hope I won't be disappointed.

Id love to hear about people's experiances, good and the bad.

Ooo, I'd be interested to hear about this too. I want to start at some point too

I used to go to these when pg with both my boys, it was great. I didnt really get much strenuous excersize, but as i used to nip out from work to go, i always felt it was a special me and bump time, and it was really relaxing.

Hope you enjoy it!!

I did them with my first and didn't need to take anything. It was a OK, and I'll probably do it again (am 17 weeks) but am just swimming at the moment as I feel more energised after that. Its not really a workout as such. Try it and see what you think, its never too early to start

I love my classes, it's great fun and I have met some lovely ladies. I started at around 15 weeks. It seemed really easy then. I am 34 weeks now .....it is getting tougher!

Hope you enjoy :)
