How do I get my appetite back? In the early early days I couldn't get enough of salad! Yippee but now I have no appetite at all and end up eating junk because I have to eat. Which I know is no good! I don't know if it's a pregnancy thing or a stress thing? Or both?! Thanks x

Try eating belvita biscuits in the morning, I found they helped because they were dry, yogurts tend to be good as well.

I did the same belvita worked for me too. I only fancied junk food and felt so guilty but was all I wanted...it's passed now (well80% of junk cravings) so I'm sure yours will too!

in both my current and my last pregnancy, all I wanted to eat in the first trimester was plain food/ carbs/dairy and junk. your appetite changes week to week I find ... and as long as you are eating something then it's probably fine! you will probably get your appetite back in the second trimester and find it easier to stomach the thought of healthier foods.
If you are taking vitamins then that will help with your nutritional needs.

tbh unless you were nutritionally deficient before pregnancy (and even then it is unlikely to be a big issue), baby will take what it needs. If you are healthy enough to conceive you are probably well enough to nourish a baby. Take your vits, eat what you can and all will almost certainly be OK. With DS I ate only jacobs cream crackers for the first half of my pregnancy, and macdonalds and cadbury's cream eggs for the second half. Currently all I can manage is dry roasted peanuts and toast with vast amounts of butter and salt.
