Tips for exercise in 3rd trimester

I'm just about 32 weeks and constantly knackered! I'm aware there's still a long way to go and I need to keep up some level of fitness or I'm just going to keep feeling worse and making the labour and birth harder work. Just wondered if anyone has any top tips for exercising when all you want to do all the time is snuggle up on the sofa with a packet of chocolate hobnobs?! So far I have found:

I take an extra iron sachet if I know I'm doing a lot that day. Don't know if the effect is just psychological but it seems to help.

I work in an office and lunch time is the best time to go for a walk or swim. Its nice to stretch out and get some air when you've been sat still all morning and I seem to have more energy at this time.

Chew a couple of Rennies before you even start to do any exercise!

If I'm really knackered, walking or doing an exercise video is too hard but swimming for half an hour is always lovely (getting your knickers and socks back on afterwards is a bit of an effort though)!

Sometimes when you feel like poo, a walk/waddle in the fresh air followed by a shower and snooze actually makes you feel better so it's worth a try!

These are a few things that seem to help me a bit but it's still a struggle! Does anyone else have any top tips they can share to help try and keep up a little bit of fitness towards the end?

I loved doing yoga a that stage. I'd been doing it for a couple of years anyway, but it was lovely when I was pregnant as it made me feel very connected to my baby. I also like Pilates. Both mean you get to do lots of lying down and it doesn't need to be too strenuous!

Pilates is great! I have been doing it since 16 weeks and am now 34. It has lots of lovely stretches and strengthening exercises. Even if it feels you are too far along to start properly it is still worth getting a swiss ball and doing gentle pilates exercises like pelvic tilts and rotations and simple floor exercises such as cat stretches. They feel lovely and are all good preparation for birth apparently, but as it's my first I would have to report back on this in June...
