Large cross-body bag that would do as a changing bag?

DC2 is due in August and I have a toddler who we'll be potty training at some point towards the end of the year so I'm anticipating having to carry around quite a lot

With DC1 I didn't get a 'proper' changing bag, I've been making do with one of those big orla kiely cross-body bags that I'd had for years already but it was stuffed to the gunnels so I need something new to carry two children's worth of stuff

Has anyone seen anything? I'm not particularly fussy about needing lots of compartments and pockets - just lots of space inside, preferably quite soft and definately with a long strap to fit across the body

Maybe I go over the top with what I carry about with me but I'm expecting to want to carry:

1 pack of baby wipes
One spare nappy for DC1 and two for DC2
Muslin square
A bib
Changing mat
Change of trousers & socks for DC1 (for when potty training is underway)
Change of clothes for DC2 (in case this baby has reflux too, or explosive poo)
Sunhats for both DC
Sun cream
Beaker and space for snack/small lunch pack
Small book & a couple of happyland people
Some kind of rattle/teether
My purse, keys & phone & lippy
Small notepad & pen
Small hand sanitiser rub
Wasp sting spray
Antiseptic wipe & a couple of plasters

I think I carry too much stuff!!

Does a nice looking bag that would fit all of this in exist? I'm not keen on buying a 'proper' changing bag, the ones I've seen don't look that great and I'm sure an ordinary bag can do the same job just as well! From looking at my list above I probably should just get a rucksack and be done with it but ideally I'd like something that looks smart too and is easy to rummage about in while holding DC1's hand

Budget probably no more than £150, has anyone seen anything? What are others planning on using?

The free Boots Parenting club one. I have a 3wo and a 2yo. It does the trick perfectly well, goes on the buggy and across the body.

Thanks Flisspaps, is that this one?

How do you get it for free? If it is that one it looks smaller than the bag I'm already using unfortunately

Can't see the link as on phone, but I'd guess so.

I carry not far off that much for my 2 and it goes in, I've got a babasling in there too ATM but can't zip the bag up Grin It has a couple of internal pockets as well as the two external pockets so easy to organise.

You sign up for the parenting club, they send you a voucher then you buy a box of nappies (pampers or huggies) and get the bag in-store. Of course you have to pay for the nappies, but DC2 will need nappies anyway (unless you have reusables) and its less than £150 Wink

Skip hop bag is great- I got it after about a year of struggling with make doing and it was great, did change my life saddo
And can be worn cross the body with its long shoulder strap or on a buggy with clever little straps. Has a place for everything.

saddo !!
I'd never say it to my face!

You could try a Mia Tui Amelie, it should come up with a google search. Charlotte is in the process of producing a new range of bags so the new Ava may have a cross body strap too.
