Nausea Getting me Down

I'm 14+2 and my constant nausea is getting me down. Ijust want to cry. I feel guilty for writing this as I don't have HG, I rarely even throw up. I really thought it'd be over by now but it just won't stop.

I have some pills from the doctor which don't work, just make me even more exhausted than I already am. It's starting to interfer with my work. I feel I'm at my wits end and I feel it's pathetic of me.

Sorry :( how about going back to the drs for something else? Do you try all the usual ginger etc?

I really would go back and tell the GP that it's effecting daily life. They have more things they can try, I'm 11+1 and have only just got the nausea under control with the help of the GP.

I feel for you.

Eating little and often? Dry toast? Sorry, you've probably tried all that. I'm about six weeks and also feel truly shite. Luckily I have a toddler to chase after which makes me want to drink distracts me.

Thanks guys for the sympathy. Yep, tried all the standard stuff (ginger, dry toast, little and often eating, bloody seabands!), all to no avail! The meds ive got are called Valoid (cyclizine) - which is an antihistamine do I know that's why they're making me drowsy. I just assume that antihistamines would be all that's available, particularly as I'm not throwing up.

Thanks for the virtual handhold. I know I'm being silly and others are in much more of a state. Grinds you down though.
