Any ladies out their know the procedure dr take when you have a prolapse? Iv not long found out and can be up to 3 month gone and apart from knowing I have one the dr has refused to tell me about it till iv had my scan from where my prolapse is it looks like I have a vaginal prolapse as iv not had any problems other than the pressure down their and the obvious over hang pushing down I know I will need surgery to fix it once iv had lo but my placenta's have always had to be surgically removed anyway but what happens while I'm pregnant? Or is it same as any pregnancy? Sorry for all the questions but had no info

try not to worry im 39 weeks n realised i had prolapse at around 35. my midwife told me to drink lots to avoid straining to stop the prolapse getting lower n lots of pelvice floor excercises. she made it sound like its no big deal. hvnt managed to find much info about it tho. other women posted to me askn if still ok for vaginal birth that it shud b ok too. hope pregnancy goes well. try n avoid standing for too long - aparently this causes more pressure too down there n def avoid liftn. i found my prolapse seems to hv improved a bit since startn these tips but who knows what the labour will b likr. i hope the other women r right
