please advise me if possible, I don't know what to do. I'm 11 weeks pregnant , ivebeen concerned that all my pregnancy symptoms vanished, everything , smell sensitivity , sore boobage, I can lie on my tummy, nausea, even the tiredness to some extent. I've been waking at night with sharp pains across tummy and cramps last night , today bright red mucousy stuff sorry tmi but relevant. So do you go to a and e? If it's the weekend they can't scan you can they? Do they just sen you away to let it happen? I don't want to be kept in for consecutive hcg etc and have toddler and sick teenager to look after? What happens?

Sorry to have to ask and all that! Sad and teary, hormones probably .

Thanks in advance

Ellovera · 12/03/2012 12:03

They can't fit me in for scan until tues am but bit of a moot poor really as started bleeding this morning and pain has not let up . Will just try and relax and eat chocolate and take it easy and hibernate I think . Even when you know it's still a shock

Oh no, take care of yourself, and if the bleeding gets really bad get back in touch with whoever you've been consulting. If it does turn out to be a mc, the mc board on here is brilliant for advice and support x

Ellovera · 13/03/2012 10:28

LITTLE BABY IS FINE! Oh my goodness one stunned mummy! Little poppet was wriggling away. Thanks for the handholding! Much appreciated having someone to "talk" to. Still no explanation for bleeding pain or not one single pregnancy symptom!!

Stunned . But happy and relieved!

What brilliant news, so happy all is ok, I had an unexplained random bleed at 7 weeks and was convinced I had lost the baby - currently 20 weeks and still in shock!

Good luck with your pregnancy x

If it's any help at all, I have had two bouts of bleeding in early pregnancy which they couldn't explain. I'm now 19+3 and currently being booted from the inside :)

housedilemma · 13/03/2012 10:51

hellokittyrules · 13/03/2012 13:02

blackteaplease · 13/03/2012 13:06

Glad to hear all is well, I have had on and off bleeding this time round after a prevous miscarriage and it is so scary.

I wanted to add, if it happens again, do not go to A&E, call your out of hours GP service/ labour ward/ midwife and you will get an immediate call back.

runnervt · 13/03/2012 14:13

Wonderful news, I'm so glad for you!!!

You have given me some hope as well as I have been spotting on and off the last few days but can't get another early scan as I've already had one and I don't actually have any cramps.

Take care of yourself and the baby.
