Lap & Dye - pregnant soon after?

Hello, I don't usually lurk around here but thought it might be a good place for my question. I'm having a lap & dye in 6 weeks as we have been trying for a baby for a while with no success. Consultant seems to think he won't find anything too shocking in there when he looks but I've read that the procedure can sort of flush you out and you end up being quite fertile for a few months straight after? Anyone here been in that position ie had a lap & due then fallen pregnant soon after? Just want some positive stories to cheer me up as feeling a bit wobbly about it all at the moment :(

Sorry I should say, I found someone with the same condition as me that affects the waftys hairs in my Fallopian tubes ie they don't work. She got cleared out and it got it all working :)

Hello! Had my lap & dye, I had endo which was lasered, my right ovary was stuck to an organ because of the endo and there was also some at the base of my right tube which he cleared as much as he could but had to leave some as there was a danger of damaging the tube. Tubes were clear though, no blockages so he's sent us away now to DTD as much as we can for 6 months and we have our next appt. in October. I'm supposedly ovulating today but the op was only on Thursday so I just feel too sore. so, hoping that the endo stays away, healthy diet and lots of sex for six months.....wish us luck :)

I had a hycosy scan and got pregnant the month after. I was also started on Clomid though so I am not sure what did the trick in the end!
