Could my insides be falling out?

ok, so I have name changed (for obvious reasons!) and have to say this in a jovial manner otherwise I will cry. I went to sort out an ingrowing hair on my bikini line yesterday evening and because I am pregnant and bump was in the way, I used a mirror. When looking in the mirror, I noticed it looks like some organs are falling out of my vagine - really not pretty and very disconcerting. What on earth did I see? We haven't had sex for ages .. but I'm not sure there's space for a willy as that is where my insides seem to be making a bid for freedom. I spoke to my mum (because she knows everything!) and she asked if I thought it could be a varicose vein, but I really don't think it is...not just one lump, several.
Can someone please help? I will go to GP on Monday, but am clueless as to what is wrong with me and somewhat panicstricken.

Hi it sounds like varicose veins I have them down below! Gp said they will usually disappear after birth. Don't panic I did at first as they loom and feel awful!!

Thank you for quick reply. I worry that when I go for a poo I might push an organ out! What do you do with them? cream? Not sure a baby will get past them on the way out either! Do they get worse over time?

Sounds like it could be a prolapse of some kind to me - you should probably get it checked out by a doctor, but it won't necessarily be a problem - I just found this thread about something similar sounding here: prolapse while pregnant.

Apparently nothing you can put in them. My gp didn't examine me just went on what I described. I felt up there and nothing was coming down just on outside sorry tmi lol

I havnt experienced this BUT a friend of mine had a vein that was so swollen she had to wear support pants to hold it in!! It went away as soon as she gave birth. It all changes down below especially if you have had more than one baby...I'm on DD3 due in 4 weeks and looking in a mirror at mine would send shivers !!!!

Good luck at the GP xx
