Just woken up, feel sore and achy.on hips. As lying on my sides allnight long. I do.swap.sides

So thinking about buying some.sort.of.pillow. will it make.my hips hurt less? What sort should.I buy? Some I've seen are about 40pounds and seems a lot of money. Would a normal.pillow between the legs be worth a go x

I have a dream genie and it's thin, lumpy and a bit rubbish. I ended up buying a lovely big fat feather bolster pillow in my last pregnancy which works much better. And isn't restricted to use in pregnancy, I use it for propping myself up in bed whilst reading, eating breakfast etc.

Another vote for Dream Genii :)

I bought a dream genii after recommendation on mn. It does not live up to my expectations and resides by the bed. I don't find it comfy at all. I'm hoping I use it to bf in a few weeks, otherwise thats £40 down the drain. Angry

A friend bought one for my sister over 6 months ago. Between us, we have used it for 5 pregnancies. Wouldn't be without it - using it right now as I type. We have used it to Breast feed all of those children too as it fits snugglybon lap for feeding.

It's called big v and is quite gassy which is good as you can move the bulk filling to where you need the support.

If they are expensive, see if you can borrow one or buy second hand. It's the kind of thing you could easily get at a nearly new or cheeky monkey baby second hand fayre
