Have you decided whether you want to do an NCT course (costs around £180) or the free classes through your hospital? If NCT then definitely start looking at their website for suitable courses in your area that match with your due date as they get booked up quickly. If through your hospital, then I would ask your community midwife for information at your next appointment. Good luck!

It will probably be the free ones as were strapped for money at the moment, i have my next appt at 25 weeks so will ask then or is that a bit too late??

I think it probably depends on your hospital, but when I went for my 16 week appt, the midwife asked if I'd booked mine yet and I said no, because no one had told me about them and she said I should have been told at my booking appt! It meant I missed the "Healthy Pregnancy" one, which I wasn't too bothered about, but the other two my hospital offer have to be booked by 25 weeks. I would give your midwife a ring if you can to double check.

I offer ante natal prep as part of my services (I am a doula). Since I am still a "trainee" I have also done ante natal prep (one on one) for free, to gain experience. So maybe that is something you could look into? Good luck :)
