As a few of you who know of my other posts, me and my partner are trying for a baby, and i have a scan next saturday to explore more, but this post isnt about that.

I had this sudden erge to read some pregnancy books, about changing my diet, so im ready and waiting, plus what a great way to get healthy and loose a few pounds whilst preparing my body for a little bundle of joy!
So i went along to my local library and next too one of the books i picked up was this Prescious Babies, Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting after Infertility - Kate Brian
This book is amazing, it starts from the work GO from the positive test up to after teen years! I thought what a great way to get prepared, so i took it out, i was a little sceptical at first, its probibly some DR trying to tell me some facts and points, but its not, its by a woman who has been in the same boat as me and woman who have been trying alot longer than me.
She even talks about things i would have never spoken about, about how im worried my body isnt good enough to carry a child, that i wouldnt be 'good enough' of a mother, that something will go wrong, what if people look down on me because i make a misstake, and many more, she talks about all of this in her book! Im not finished with it yet, but its brought me to tears many times, because it really feels like someone knows how im feeling, that im not alone in all this. Things may or will be more difficult for people in our position, that doesnt mean an excuse or that we will be better or worse mums but things may be slightly different.
I reccomend this book to all woman who have had some kind of fertility problem, because it prepares you, shows you its normal to feel the way you do and some helpfull tips from real mums in the same situation which is really important so yeah, if you cant afford the price of £12.99 pop too your local Library and grab it!
