Recommend me a nipple cream

I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant with DC1 and my nipples have been coming increasly uncomfortable and itchy to point I just want to rub them all the time. Is there any creams I can use?

musical mrs I was given some lansinoh sachets by postnatal ward, perhaps you could ask them? Or your midwife?

My DD reacts to lanolin too so can't use Kamillosan. Benpanthen nappy cream is excellent and works on burns and sore skin so might be ok for nipples? May have to wipe off before feeding.

As well as Lansinoh, I'd recommend Tesco's own Nipple Cream - I still use it for hand cream and chapped skin and it's way cheaper. Different consistency to Lansinoh but if you can't afford Lansinoh, then I'd go Tesco.
