Best and Worst Things about Pregnancy

Well it's finally Friday! How about a (lighthearted) chat about things that you like most and least about being pregnant (leaving aside the joys and excitement of impending motherhood etc)
For me, the best thing is not having to hold in my stomach for 9 months!!!!
The worst? Well I have to confess to missing my fave tipple......a shot of Absolut, ice cold Diet-Coke, and a wedge of lime...yum yum!
Anyone else?

Worst - sickness (until 28wks), putting on weight, not fitting into shoes, people asking 'what are you having?', not being able to eat yummy things, feeling very unsexy

Best - giving birth, kicks, scans

I was just thinking today - there are so many things I can't use/ eat now because the smell reminds me of when I was sick.

Lonelymum · 13/01/2006 18:18

Best: feeling the baby kick

Worst: indigestion every day for goodness knows how many weeks (I didn't get morning sickness but that would be worst if I had)

The real worst bit though was labour. Thank God, I have done it 4 times and will never do it again!
