I ask cause I am 21 wks and dc2 is breech at the mo...I'm not too worried cause obviously they are still quite small, but at what point will people start worrying do you think?

Thanks!

36 weeks I think, but have been told babies can turn right up until during labour by a MW

You have loads of time! If baby stays breech you can have them turned, but I really wouldn't worry yet!

I'm having twins, and my two have done nothing but move all diffrent angles till about 34 weeks .. And that's with two abd seriously no room

They wouldn't normally look into and ECV with you before 36-37wks as there's a good chance before then, baby will flip back anyway.

My SIL's lovely ceph baby turned transverse at 37+4 having been ceph since 32wks...never can tell...

True, dd was ceph the whole way through so being kicked in a different place is a new one for me!

My mum reckons I turned in the car on the way to the hospital when she was in labour - I was born at 39 weeks

My ds turned at 36 weeks from being cephalic to breech. It was incredibly painful tbh and what's worse he stayed that way so needed a ELCS.

This baby turned from breech at 35wks, there was still quite a lot of room then (2nd baby) if he was able to turn around again I think it would be much more painful!

As I understand it once they're engaged that's usually how they will stay.

Though one of the MN books mentions a breach baby that turned during Csec!

You still can have a vaginal birth with breech babies as long as they are not a footling breech. Unfortunately many MWs .etc lack the experience but it can be done, I was breech with my legs crossed and my mum delivered me vaginally, although I was prem.
