Is it usual for the baby's kicks to actually be uncomfortable?

Am 27 weeks and for the first time the kicking has become uncomfortable - not exactly painful but not that nice! Am assuming this is totally usual? TIA.

I've taken to holding my bump people think it's sweet i'm holding it but actually it's coz i honestly feel like he's gonna pop out thro my skin!

Oh God, the cervical kicks...ow! Also the pain when she kicks my stomach and acid bubbles up my throat.

Same here at 24 weeks and 3 days my LO likes to wriggle away and bust a move or two. Sometimes DC1 moves in such away he gives me a pain in my bum. xx

I used to call DD the 'bag of weasels', she was constantly kicking the hell out of me.

She is now 3yrs and still can't sit still...
