Smoking and Drinking during pregnancy

I am unconvinced that reasonable smoking and drinking during pregnancy affects the health of your unborn child.
There is a lot of research that backs me up on this.

Has any one had a similar experience during their pregnancy and would be willing to talk to me about it?

outhere no didn't read that, awful if something happened to the baby because of her actions or even if not related. It's not something I would wish upon someone regardless of the decisions they made during pregnancy. Did u ever watch misbehavin mums on BBC? Was amazed at how many pregnant mums think they are doing their baby a favour by smoking!

I used to be a "social" smoker when was a teen but gave up about 9years ago. Never a massive smoker anyway so was probabaly easier for me than most but I was never naive enough to not know the effects of smoking. But the women's attitudes towards smoking during pregnancy on that programme were shocking!
