When did you announce your pregnancy?

I'm 8+2 weeks today, and had a routine ultrasound this morning, everything progressing fine

Would I be crazy to start telling people I'm pregnant?

Part of the reason I don't want to wait is that I hate the prospect of people inspecting my waistline and speculating, especially at work - perhaps I'm paranoid, but it being summer and a second pregnancy, maybe not!

DH prefers to wait to be on the safe side, but if there were complications later on, I don't think I would be able to keep it a secret by that point anyway.

What did you all do? [indecisive]

I told my best friends and closet family at 3+5 / 3+6

bit if luck i did as i got sick very quickly and needed to be taken to hospital (the hospital a long way away, where the only reason a girl goes there is for pregnancy / fertility related stuff), so at 7 weeks family were taking me into hospital and bringing OH to visit me.

In the previouse few days i had felt soooo ill i needed all their support too!
