Anyone else 5m pg and nervy after news about Kelly B?

Feeling very sad for her but also nervous as I have not yet had my 20wk scan. Due soon but am horrified that so many people lose babies at 5m. Just wanted to get my fears off my chest!

My baby is very active so far which is very reassuring and thankfully gives me a bit of an indicator that everything is ok (or positively rocking!) in there.

Me too - due 25th Sept, am 20 weeks but dont have my scan for another 10 days yet :(
They never seem to give more info about what happened, like to help us know what to watch out for or what might cause it, that's what gets me.

I am anxious too! Doubly anxious as had prem baby last time at 31 weeks, so not sure when I'm going to relax. Yet have been told to avoid stress - I'm sure telling someone to avoid stress is bound to make them more stressed!

Fingers crossed for us all.

Makes me LOL Cheeky when the phrase 'avoid stress' or 'don't worry about it' is banded around. I really wish there was a nice 'off' switch in my head at times - oh and that Google never existed

sorry not been on busy with well everything any ways this id dc number 4 my ds2 was a low lying anteria placenta so felt loads early on with him dd was round the back so same again nice early movements my ds1 is 9 next month and i don't remember with him lol any ways hugs to all am on the hunt for a braclet x

OMG PrincessScrumpy you are such a good friend, I'm not sure I would be able to handle that situation. I keep going through phases of being excited and then completely panicked, especially when I hear these stories.. I really want to start buying things now but can't get myself to do it, and feel really weird about the stuff friends and family have already bought me. 24 weeks so hopefully i'll feel a bit better then.
