5+4 and been up all night with D&V. reassure me please.

its been such a long time, I cant remember whats normal and what isnt. I have had the most godawful diarrhoea all fecking night, no stomach cramps but backache and I have had pregnancy sickness at the evening and just feel nauseous in the morning. 5+4 is my usual mc stage, but I have no bleeding or cramping, just this D&V. am calling gp after 11 but please reassure me until then.

Caffeine not good if you are worried about miscarriage! They sometimes gve caffeine to babies in ICU to keep their hearts going strongly but it is a tiny amount and not for dehydration! I really wouldn't risk drinking lots of Cola! Lemonade would be better.
