30 weeks, absolutely wiped out. Normal?

I have got a cold, but still. Can't stand for more than few mins without needing to sit down and feel like I can't get enough breath in to get my legs working properly. Feel like it's a while to go yet and although on hols now, can't take it easy for ten weeks with two dc.

I felt like this and was anaemic (28 weeks), apparently a lcassic time for iron levels to drop. Maybe you should get your iron levels checked.

That's a sensible suggestion but apparently fine at 28 weeks. Should I get checked again do you think? Feel stupid asking all this- surely I should know by no. 3. But I feel like the first time all over again, but without the time to read every pg book going. Was a walking encyclopaedia with dc1!

I'm the same at 29 weeks and have been for a few weeks. Utterly exhausted, feel like I've been drugged, often breathless and lightheaded too.
Had blood tests just over a week ago and iron levels are fine. However on Monday I ended up on labour ward having pains and they did a urine dip test that showed blood in my urine so I'm waiting to see if I have a UTI which apparently can also cause extreme tiredness, presumably so could any other infection.

This is #4 for me and I know I was tired before but other than in the first trimester when suffering with sickness (and on medication) I was never this tired I'm sure.

I would say worth going to your MW or GP and getting them to run a few tests.

Like you, I'm pregnant with no 3 and have found this pregnancy quite hard going. However, I did feel totally knackered at 30 weeks and now, at 32, I feel a bit better. Can you schedule in some time to yourself on a regular basis? I really look forward to going for a gentle swim or yoga sesh whilst my other DCs are at home - even though the thought is off-putting, I always feel better afterwards. You could take some time off work each week to get time to yourself after the holidays? Good luck - you're into the home straits.
