I was just wondering if someone can explain what a miscarriage feels like and how common it is?

I had no pain at all. I m/c'ed at about 12 weeks and it was very sudden haemorraging (sorry if TMI). In A&E they kept wanting to give me pain relief but I refused it as the only pain I had was a headache from the shock and worry

Nothing about the m/c itself was physically painful.
