If you have stress incontinence when pregnant, is it likely to carry on afterwards?

Oh joy, thought I'd skipped this particular symptom but just sneezed three times and wet myself Blush

About 30 weeks pg with my second DC so I think my pelvic floor is probably in tatters. Feeling a bit cheated though as I actually did my exercises last night (I was a bit um slack about them first time round).

Just want to be prepared - is this likely to be a one off or should I start stockpiling panty liners? Will everything magic back into place once DS2 gets off my bladder? Notice that Groupon's offer of the day today is ten sessions of stress incontinence treatment for £129 rather than £800, so mildly tempted, but if this is likely to resolve itself anyway then it's a lot to pay for a mistimed sneeze Grin

Two words. Pelvic floor. oh, and exercises.

They help I think! However, I had a C section, so have no idea if it is better because of that? Nowhere near as bad as when I was pregnant, I just couldn't laugh - the few weeks I got a cold were horrible....
