I haven't had one yet (am 24 weeks) but I really really want one.

I reeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaally do.

Is everyone else eating them?

Am I worrying about nothing?

It should be absolutely fine, esp if using a regular one. Just don't eat it while 10 pin bowling!

Had to read this as like many others have eaten my fair share (and many others) of take aways during this pregnancy. There are enough things not to eat in pregnancy and the vast majority are new things - our parents/grandparents prob ate them and we are fine Wink
Agree just to be aware that food is piping hot and good hygiene. Eating out in general could be an issue never mind takeaways - my advice is just dont think about it and enjoy and do what you think is right.

As everyone else said - as long as it's from a reputable place with good hygiene it should be fine. The main risk is food poisoning, and that's mainly because being pregnant means it'll take you longer to recover, and you'll probably feel much worse than if you had food poisoning when not pregnant.

Hope you had one and thoroughly enjoyed Wink
