Breech baby -could I be doing anything else?

36 weeks +4, was scanned and breech on Thursday, trying to avoid rollercoaster that involves ECV/C-Section/breech birth and get baby turned.

So I had some reflexology yesterday (also last day of work - trying to do some relaxing) and got another booked on Weds; reckon I can go swimming 2-3 times before scheduled/proposed ECV (Thurs); got the gym ball out, lots of sitting on that; walking on all 4s - but think I need to spend a bit more time like it, feels quite uncomfortable though - not sure ; and got a moxibustion session booked on Monday (DH reckons waste of money, but I think worth a try...). Walked for quite a lot today, planning to continue doing walking each day and (in general) try and avoid sitting on the sofa.

Am I missing anything? Don't think I fancy chiro for Webster's as I have a dodgy back and pelvis anyway and don't want to make it bad as I'm not currently in pain. But am serious to try and avoid above mentioned!!

Im so glad they are working for people! I m not sure they are working for me, Im only 31+2 but I know the baby is breech, Im on the ball every night but it doesnt seam to want to move, I know Ive got plenty of time but does make me wonder when everyone at yoga has a downward facing baby!
I do have other issues too that could stop the baby moving.
It is funny though I sit there and the babies head pushes out the bump just above the belly button, and then when DH talks to it it moves back. Its sweet but also hurts a bit. At night is the only time it change position it then decides to go tranverse breech.
Im hoping it will move into the proper position in the next few weeks.

Oh great news Leilababy - how many weeks are you? I keep feeling really strong movements but not massive - maybe he's doing it in stages!!!

Greenzebra am sure you've got time, as mentioned have been cephalic at 28 weeks, transverse at 32, cephalic at 34 and breech at 36 - maybe there's just plenty of room for movement. I remember with DD1 sitting on the ball all the time but by 34 weeks, she was head down

I'm two and a bit weeks behind you by the looks of it- so you are a little bit further along than me, but my baby is predicted to be very large(multiple growth scans), so she hasn't had much room to turn for a while...

Don't give up hope Pootletrinket- keep doing those exercises!

Will do, thanks - had growth scans too and whilst they're saying 'large', currently measuring at just over 7lbs they reckon - not that large (is it?!)
