Can anyone recommend a good pregnancy book?

I've just found out I'm expecting and would love to get a good pregnancy book.

Preferably something with lots of pics of embryos/foetuses at each stage of pregnancy.

Any recommendations?

Your Pregnancy Week by Week by Dr Lesley Regan has been the best book so far. I got it out of the library about 2 months ago and keep renewing it. I feel very informed now.

It depends what type of person you are but I like the fact that she backs everything up with medical facts/info, rather than provide info in a generalized, overly simplified way.

I got out 'Your Contented Pregnancy' by Gina Ford for comparison and it was bloody awful.
