Worried due to no pregnancy symptoms

That's it really! Just over 5 weeks gone. Initially had very very tender and sore nips, with lots of cramping. Since a couple of days ago though... No nausea or vomiting, no sore boobs or cramps. Nothing. Should I be worried? Thanks in advance :-)

I had lots of nausea but no throwing up.. Sore breasts.. Tired and breathless up until my last scan at around 6/7 weeks. There was no heartbeat but had grown. I'm going for my next scan in a few days to confirm if it will be a miscarriage. I lost most of the symptoms and praying for a miracle to happen.
