I been thinking about using one of these and was just wondering what the best positions would be to use one for in late pregnancy. Ive got a few weeks left to go till due date with my 3rd and never used one with the other 2 pregnancies.
Would also like to know how you got on with using one if you have used one.
Was just thinking about using while pregnant and not while in labour .. although this could change.

bump ... because I'm wondering about this too.

I generally just sit on mine, usually when I'm eating my breakfast instead of the sofa as it keeps my back straight and helps to ease the pain of my constant back ache. Although I do occassionally kneel on the floor and lean on it if I'm having particular problems getting comfortable in my seat.

Sorry I'm probably not helping much!

So far I've just been sitting on mine too! Apparently good for core strength just to sit on it, because you have to 'hold' yourself in position in a way that you don't on a chair.

Generally just sit on mine as well (only purchased a week ago though so creativity hasn't kicked in yet). Although I have discovered that it makes a great foot rest.

As with other posters, I've heard that it's great for core strength and well as keeping up good posture. The plus of good posture is not just with reducing back ache but it also encourages the little one to assume the proper birthing position. It also helps to ready the pelvis...apparently.

Happy bouncing
