Third time at this getting fat malarkey, and every time I have a kind of fashion-related identity crisis, where I feel like I'm wearing someone else's clothes for 6 months. I'm a pretty loyal Warehouse girl, the odd bit of Monsoon, mostly the Fusion stuff, and I dabble in Gap.
Help, please! I don't want things that cling under the bump, and I don't want to live in skinny jeans that fall under my arse the whole time. But I still want to look nice without buying shares in Isabella Bloody Oliver!
Is it possible?
Thanks in advance...

ASOS and Crave have been great for me this pregnancy.

Have you tried:

www.mama-la-mode.com/

or

www.blossommotherandchild.com/

Both have fantastic stuff unfortunately £££. I got some 7 for Allmankind jeans, Paige Jeans and some very lovely dresses from both. Made me feel a bit more normal in the dress dept.

Gap is ok but hard to find sizes and staff instore just unhelpful.

Isabella Oliver tops are good. And Seraphine are excellent but little choice on colours.

I am 5 months now and at the end of this month, we are off to tenerife. I'm trying mu hardest to find some swim/beach wear.
Why is it that once someone becomes pregnant, they must have lost all sense of fun and love of colour. Every bloody maternity swim suit or tankini is Black! So boring!!!!!!!

I bought some fab stuff at this boutique at the w/e but they are also online: www.prettypregnant.co.uk/

Not the cheapest but some of the wrap dresses are AMAZING. Much nicer and more flattering than any of my non-pregant clothes in fact!

When I first needed maternity stuff last year, Boden didn't do a range. So I bought some stuff from H&M and Mothercare.

Since Boden's new range I have bought some lovely dresses, leggings and t-shirts. I am finding the quality of them so much better than the cheaper stuff I bought last year which honestly I will probably bin after this pregnancy.

The Boden stuff will last and I even think I can wear some of it after I have had the baby. I am a Boden addict anyway so it was a no brainer for me!

I bought quite a bit last time from a store called mummy and little me.

However this time I'm struggling, I've a fab pair of leggings but cannot find tunic style dresses which don't cling to my butt and/or become shapeless!

redwellybluewelly · 10/04/2013 19:53

Oh and JJMB did have some fab stuff last time dress/summer wise but either its not out yet or I'm reaogned to jeans from now on (two pairs, fab but boring)

amandasegal · 10/04/2013 21:15

did you try ebay or asos?

nicolajones123 · 14/12/2014 19:37

Try ebay :stores.ebay.co.uk/mum2BEfashion I had a few things from them. Easy returns as well.

D0nnaO · 14/12/2014 21:50

Redherring at Debenhams, New Look & ASOS have sorted me out Smile

I don't see the point in spending a fortune on something that's only going to be worn a few months

CockBollocks · 14/12/2014 21:58

I've bought some great over bump skinnies from asos, and a great jersey basics pack.

CockBollocks · 14/12/2014 21:59

Ahhh bugger, zombie thread!

CursiveLetters · 14/12/2014 23:28

I've been wearing leggings with extra long tops, and lots of empire waist maxi dresses. I don't have much that's actually "maternity", it's all so rubbish!
