Feel a bit wobbly- not enough to be dizzy. This is normal/ to be expected right?

Dh got ready for work then complained of feeling light headed.
I then decided I felt similar. I had put it down to being tired/ 29 wks/ chasing toddler etc. Now I'm worrying. Blush
I'd mw app last week an that was all good- wee, bp, diabetes test all normal.
I'm chilling with ds and cbeebies and drinking water and just eaten hot cross bun as was quite hungry this am.

This is all normal right? I can't remember from last time!

I would say yes as long as your tests were all ok.
I'm earlier than you at 22 wks but I certainly have my wobbly days. You sound like you are doing the right thing chilling and having something to eat. I dont know how you are finding hunger issues but I have completely lost my 'hunger button' so I cant judge easily when I need food. I assume its because everything in there is squished and feels fuller than it is, but every now and again I have a wobble, grab some toast or something and suddenly realise I'm famished.
I assume you have had your iron tested too?

I'm 28 weeks and have been suffering with dizzy spells all the way through and like you everything is normal. Mine pass really quickly if I lie down and wait for it to pass. I have to eat little often and I'm eating really well, lots of pasta, meat, potatoes, veg etc to keep myself going. I just see it really as my body giving me reminders that although I feel really well, I'm pregnant and need to look after myself!

I'm 24 weeks 2nd pregnancy and this is totally normal. I quite often get it when I'm hungry, like Jasmine says, it's quite hard to judge sometimes or if you're racing round after a toddler you just forget to eat! I think your blood sugar levels dip more easily in pregnancy and having something sweet like a hot cross bun is exactly the right thing to do.

thanks ladies!
felt bit better after drink and snack so carried on as normal with day. still feel bit off but think i'm probably just tired. a couple of bad nights/ early mornings with a toddler are taking longer to recover from!
