Am 27 weeks tomorrow and have a scan at 32 weeks to check if cervix is clear,

If its not, what happens?

will the check again?

Will i need to have a c-section? Am planning my 3rd homebirth!

Thanks

it might be low lying then, in which case it is likely by the time you are rescanned it will be further away from teh os and not an issue for you to have your homebirth

That does sound like good news, advice re bleeding etc still holds, but sounds like there is a chance it will move. Smile

And even if it doesn't, it's not the end of the world. That was my first ever hospital stay and I was dreading it. But it was ok.

I stayed in with DS Panzee and hated it, have anxiety issues and just wept the whole time Blush

Am 99% sure it will be fine and will be able to HB.

I stayed in 2 nights with dd1 and loathed it, I was hoping for home vbac with dd2 but with pp ended up being in almost 9 weeks! Honestly when you know it's the safest thing for you & the baby you just get on with it!

But that's not going to happen to you anyway!
