robino - forgot to mention preferably with me fast asleep as well Grin

DS kept telling people he likes watching Octupus, so we corrected him. Now he points to pictures of octupus and says they are Octonauts. Do your DCs get Green Balloon and Waybuloo mixed up too? (omg, I know too much about cbeebies)

Yes, loads of sympathy please - I am feeling very peevish and sorry for myself! On the other hand, I do work mostly from home at the mo with tea and biscuits on hand, so it's not all bad, and my usually neat-freak DH is being very understanding about my not pulling my weight on the housework.

Right, must stop work-avoiding on Mumsnet and go do something useful before I run out of time altogether - already getting cramps every night and the midwife reckons this one will be early, so trying to get as much as possible finished asap!

Next time I will plan this better...

Oh no! I knew it was a bad idea to read this post! I'm only 24 weeks and apart from a bit of a cold/weird bug this week I've been full of energy. I'm really dreading the last few weeks of this pregnancy :-( Any ideas on ways to occupy two DC under five whilst still lying down would be much appreciated!!

I must pull my finger out and get any jobs done whilst I still have a bit of energy.....maybe I'll start tomorrow....

missp I had lots and lots of energy in 2nd tri. Tiredness hit me at 30 wks.

I went to bed at 8.30 last night and woke up at 7. False economy having too much sleep.

I think I may have hit my tolerance wall! The DDs (aged just 4 and 2.5 missp) slept through for the first time in a week but I was kept awake for nearly 3 hours with indigestion and being brutally kicked/wriggled by this one. Am v tired and ill humoured - the poor woman who let her twins scooter up the ramp to school in my way this morning nearly felt the full force of my irrational wrath Grin
