What can I eat that won't make me sick?

Am having problems finding anything tbh. Melon is ok, but anything that requires chewing is out as the feeling of it in my mouth makes me sick. Had soup for lunch, but memory of it is making me feel really nauseous. Am 11 weeks and a bit, and aware that if I don't eat I feel even worse! Am a bit desperate....

my thing was rice cakes , ate a packet a day !I used to go to m&s and buy bags full. Also had the red salmon thing bundle , chopped up with red onions and vinegar , but had to stop that cos of my severe reflux!! avocado soup ? weird as it sounds it quite mooorish (sp?)

Howsa bout edamame (soyabeans)?? I think sainsburys do them now , you just boil them in salty water and then serve with Malden sea salt and pop them from the pod into the mouth. HIGH in protien so if you cant eat properly they are quite filling. One of the power foods I think. Also blueberrys might be good as the sourness helped me.
