DS 3 days early 7lb 11oz
DD 10 days over 9lb 10 1/2 oz

blijemuts · 13/01/2011 19:32

Jeez, makes me look like I throw right didders!!
Dc1 38wks 4lb 12oz
Dc2 39wks 6lb 12oz ...

Thought I'd thrown a proper whopper with Dc2...

Both pretty fast 'easy' birth's and are of normal average proportions now Grin

bibbitybobbityhat · 13/01/2011 19:33

dd 9lb 2oz
ds 8lb 15oz

ds was born about 10 days earlier gestation

MmeBucket · 13/01/2011 19:33

DS 5 days late 9.0 lb
DD 4 days early 7 lb 9 oz.

moosemama · 13/01/2011 19:35

ds1 - 6lb 9oz (40 +4)
ds2 - 7lb 12oz (40 +8)
dd - 7lb 8oz (40+14)

Ds1 was IUGR for several weeks but had a spurt and caught up in the last two weeks.

First I was told ds2 was small for dates, then was scanned to check and was told he was going to be huge. As you can see he was pretty average.

I was told dd was going to be tiny all the way through, because my bump measured very small at every mw appointment. Later on we found out I was measuring small because she was frank breech.

mamaduckbone · 13/01/2011 19:38

ds1 8lb 2
ds2 11lb 2

Not sure I'd have the nerve to risk it again for a 14 lb-er Grin

Firawla · 13/01/2011 19:45

7.5lb and 9.5lb hoping 3rd one doesn't get much bigger really
both of them born at over 41 weeks

CardyMow · 13/01/2011 22:12

DD 6lb12oz at 34+5

DS1 7lb7oz at 40 weeks

DS2 8lb2oz at 40+2.

Am currently 39+4 - and really hoping that this one isn't going to be bigger!

BuzzLightBeer · 13/01/2011 22:14

8lb,
7.6 lb,
6.12lb

MrsShrekTheThird · 13/01/2011 22:17

mine got around 1lb lighter each time

ds1 (born on EDD) 8lb.8oz
ds2 (2 days early) 7lb 8oz
DD (36+4) 6lb 10

iris66 · 13/01/2011 22:21

DD1 8lb 3oz (40 wks)
DS1 8lb 1oz (38+5 - induced)
DS2 8lb 5oz (38+2 - induced)
DD2 7lb 10oz (40wks)

Mine were all much of a muchness. The 17 year gap between DD1 and DS1 didn't seem to make much difference either (though I'm quite proud that both my girls were bang on their due date Grin

COCKadoodledooo · 13/01/2011 22:31

ds1, 42 weeks, 9lb 6oz

ds2, 39+4, 7lb 11oz

The second time I was monitored for gestational diabetes. The first time I was yelled at in theatre, immediately following a crash section at the end of a 30+ hour labour, for not telling them I had GD. That hadn't been diagnosed Hmm

jellyhead188 · 14/01/2011 07:48

ds - 8lb 10oz at 40+5
dd - 7lb at 38+1

25 weeks pg with number 3 am hoping she's somewhere in between or nearer to her sisters birthweight!

ozzysocks · 14/01/2011 10:47

ds 8lb 15oz 40+12
ds 9lb 40+8

Great post it's just what I've been wondering as I'm 33 wks with dc3! We know its a girl and am hoping that would mean a smaller more punctual baby! Not sure thats likely after looking at these, oh well I live in hope. Good luck

Greenbeanie - gulp! Although a quicker labour with no tears would be amazing :)

Flossish · 14/01/2011 10:54

Another worried poster here as dd was 10 and half pounds, where as ds 3 yrs earlier had only been 7 and a half. By the same maths I'm looking at a 13 and half pound baby! Confused

gorionine · 14/01/2011 11:00

DD1 3.7 kg (41 weeks)
Ds2 4.2 kg (40 weeks)
Ds3 3.2 kg (39+3 wweks)
DD4 3.2 kg (38+4 weeks)

Sorry forgot the lbs weight

Longuest labour DD1 5 hours from arriving in hospital, shortest DD4 10 minutes from arriving in hospital

DJAngel · 14/01/2011 18:01

ds 8lb 8oz
dd 10lb 2oz

MotherMountainGoat · 14/01/2011 18:14

DD1 3.3 kg (7.26 pounds), 10 days early
DD2 2.6 kg (5.7 pounds), 2 days late

Not much link there between due date and weight. DD2 was born petite and has stayed petite, but healthy and strong.

jimmijam · 16/01/2011 20:40

9lb 5oz
7lb 13.5oz

jimmijam · 16/01/2011 20:41

a friend of myn tho, roughly from my memory
9lb 6oz
8lb
10lb 3.5oz

CarGirl · 16/01/2011 20:44

Okay adjusting for number of weeks.....assuming half a pound per week

7lb 6oz
10lb 6oz
10lb 2oz
9lb 12oz

so I think there is not much difference.....

gibbberish · 16/01/2011 20:47

Nope don't always get bigger

Dd1. 7.10. 2 wks over
Dd2. 8.4. 2 wks over
Dd3. 6.10. 2 wks over
Dd4. 6.2. 2 wks over (can you see a pattern forming? Hmm)

JemimaMop · 16/01/2011 20:47

DS1: 8lb 9
DS2: 8lb 10
DD: 6lb 7.

DD was a real shock after the boys!

chochappy · 16/01/2011 20:52

7lb 10oz - 42 weeks
8lb 13oz - 42 weeks
7lb 7oz - 42 weeks

No. 4 on the way, I've no clue what to expect!

perpetuallypregnant · 16/01/2011 20:52

7lb 10 oz -ds 39 weeks
8lb 6oz - dd1 40+6
7lb 13oz - dd2 40+6
8lb 13oz - dd3 40+6

DD4 due in may, hoping she will be in the same range and not a 10lb'er!

Also expecting her to be born at 40+6 :)
