Im 20 weeks so not massive yet but already find it quite awkward buckling in my DD in the back seat, think im gonna struggle in a few months. Contemplating getting a 5 door.

I am thinking of the future too with an extra car seat, forgot to say that ;-)

We are a bit worried how we'll cope with our 3 door when baby arrives, we're already contemplating fitting the car seat base in the front with DH having to travel in the back at all times!
Can't really afford a new car at the mo, we'll reconsider when my maternity finishes.

We have a 5 door and a 3 door, have to say life is so much easier with 5 door but think it may be on its last legs wheels Sad Mr Wiggles finds it really difficult getting 5 and 3 year old into the 3 door, but he is much slightly older than me!! We have a third on the way so afraid have to keep fingers crossed old 5 door banger holds together.

Am 34 weeks, still managing to get DD in back of our 3 door car, but it has been tricky. If she climbs in (which can take some persuading) I can just lean in and do up the straps. If I have to clamber in myself I sort of sit on the passanger seat which I've pushed forward. I've knackered the mechanism doing that mind Blush

We can't afford to replace our car but we are getting a fixed base car seat for the baby (forgot what they are called) to make getting two in and out easier.
