I'm sure I am boring my RL mates and my DP by going on about my aches and pains, so thought I would moan on here too.

I am 34wks gone and have:

Chronic heartburn
Mild SPD
Insomnia
Anaemia
Massive boobs which are too big to ever be comfortable
A baby who apparently is a champion river dancer in the making (I know I shouldn't complain she is moving so much....but it hurts)
Fingers and ankles are swollen
Plus, if one more person comments on my 'small bump' I will scratch their eyes out. I do not have a small bump, I measure 33cm at 34 weeks, that is normal sized.

I do not feel blooming or blossoming. I can't be the only one.

I think the baby is giving me internal bruising from all her toe tapping/hand punching what ever it is she is doing in there.

The mentally unprepared thing dawned on me last night when I thought it would be a good idea to read up on actual labour and its various stages, seeing as how 2nd time mums don't get any classes.

Oops, it seems like I must have mentally blocked out most of my 1st labour!

Lizzzombie I keep thinking hands are going to come bursting out of my hips. What do they do in there??

Samraves · 14/10/2010 18:19

lol at this post....

Reflux
Nausea
Dizziness / light-headedness
Tiredness
Constantly needing a wee even if I have just been
Fed up of not being able to tie my own shoelaces / be able to maintain my ladygarden

Hope she is a couple of weeks early :)

OOh and I agree with the mentally unpreparedness - I need to sort stuff out!

missdt - hands out of hips?! I fully expected her to punch her way through my cervix whilst I was in the checkout queue in Asda this morning!
In fact thats how I am expecting to give birth to her, hands first, sort of like a baby calf being pulled out hands first! (grossing myself out with this image!!)

Oh good somewhere to vent/ moan! Feel slightly better already! :)

12 weeks(!) and...
Sick every day
Nausious all the flippin time
Tired - especially as Ds was a monster last night and had us up 5 times!
Boobs ache- think I need a bigger bra already :(
Everythig smells! Never good smells either!which makes the nausea so much worse
Work is a pita! I feel like getting signed off till baby arrives (but won't as I'd feel guilty!)

How on earth did I block all this from my memory first time? I now remember that I had all of this first time.

Oh great, now I have another thing to add to my list of gripes.
Totally overly emotional.

Had my Mum stay for the weekend, (she lives 4 hours drive away) and totally brokedown when she was supposed to leave, so she stayed a few more hours and now I can't stop crying again.

This is ridiculous. I am sooooo hormonal, its like the worst PMT in the world.

right, here's my list of moans. i'm 27 weeks, and after four first trimester miscarriages, basically over the moon and eternally grateful to be pregnant. but
-have heartburn all the time
-am knackered
-feel fat and heavy
-get frequent headaches
-am having to inject myself in the stomach every day with blood thinners
-got a boss who's a grade A w**ker and has had me doing the job of two people for the last two months; whilst refusing to promote me to the more senior position he is expecting me to fill on a casual basis.
but overall it's just being knackered that gets to me.

I am only 14wks and already have varicose veins on my vulva [sob] - there is no way I am moaning to anyone in RL about them, so thank-you for the opportunity! Grin

37+3

Tired - can't get comfy anywhere without mountains of pillows.
Peeing 5-6 times a night, sleep is an intermittent treat.
Sore groin / fanjo - feels like baby is headbutting me down there.
Feels like internal bruising at the top of my bump from all the kicking that's going on.
Breathless.
Can't bend down: getting socks and pants on and off is a performance and my toenails really need cutting!!
Bump is just the right size, measuring spot on for dates, and still people keep asking if its twins.
Piles on top of my piles. Most uncomfortable.
Worried that I am not feeling suitable amounts of love for my baby - I just want the little bugger out!!

But not that long to go now and I am almost sure that it will all be worth it in the end! :)
