This is good as I am only 9 wks and feel like I have aaaaaaages and feel very impatient (already) Grin

Esp glad to hear that pregnancies go quicker after the first couple (this will be dc3) Smile

I've got 4 weeks to go and the time seems to be whizzing by, although the way I feel today birth can't come fast enough!

I've got 5 weeks, 3 days to go to birth of DS2, seems like a lifetime! Trying not to fixate on the due date as DS1 was 2 weeks late (due mid Dec and didn't come til new year, Christmas a nightmare!).

I saw a lady in the park today who told me she had 3 weeks to go, said she was all ready and had bag packed for the hospital. Realised I'm completely unprepared - need to stop spending free time sitting on arse MNing and buy some breast pads, fill the freezer etc. I kind of assumed I had everything I needed from DS1 but we have moved house twice since he was born and as most of his stuff was second or third hand is now pretty wrecked (we recently took travel system buggy to the tip as I've seen much nicer ones in charity shops!)

I did vanish oxy action some greying muslin squares the other day. Who says I'm not prepared?

Is oxy action bad for baby's bums?

Speaking of laundry powder, is anyone else getting pissed off by the persil non bio advert that keeps popping up? It's doing my head in!

I have 12 weeks left to go before DC3 is due. I have decided that 12 weeks is a Really Long Time because that means that I don't have to think about giving birth for ages yet. I am trying to ignore the fact that DD1 was 5 weeks early. I am not ready for another baby either practically or mentally. I saw a newborn this morning and remembered exactly what it is like having a newborn to throw your toddler's little life upside down. I keep telling myself that in a year everything will be wonderful and I will never have to give birth again...
