I would like to get one, hopefully not too expensive. What would people suggest?

I got one on Amazon, just a long body pillow. It came with a free pillow case. I love it, though I'm also thinking of getting a v-pillow now at 30 weeks to use as well.

I think I paid about £12 for it.

I originally had one from Argos and had to replace it recently (went all lumpy and uneven). I luckily spotted one in Lidl.

The lidl one is really good, very firm. It was cheap too. I dyed the cover that came with it to match our bedlinen.

I ordered one of these following a MN recommendation.

It arrived today and I'm planning an early night and am optimistically anticipating a marvellous sleep (am 34 weeks pg) Grin

Too early to say if it will go lumpy but at £12 it wouldn't be the end of the world.

I just got one from a local NCT NNS for a fiver, and I can't wait to try it out - its full of beans so is easily moulded to whatever shape you want and can be used as a nursing pillow once bubs arrives. I know its a gamble going to a NNS but you might get lucky!

If you are very big and have a lot of backache then you may want to look at a special bean bag (very large oval shape with a big hole in the middle) - I bought it over the internet (can't be sure but believe it comes from Australia) arrived in a few days, was about £80 and towards the end I stayed hours on it (lovely with a back massage).
