I have just had my 20 week scan today and we did not want find out the sex. But while she was showing us a close up of the baby, it rolled over and opened its legs and I am sure there were boy bits!!! DH says I am mad as I am not a trained sonographer, and she didn't say either way as I said I didn't want to know ... now I am obsessing about it, I wish I hadn't seen now!!!

So has anyone else felt sure they saw boy bits and were right or wrong Grin.

I definately saw a willy when we went for our 20 week scan.

Don't know what happened to it but DD was born 20 weeks later and she definately didn't have one!

Well my friend swore that she could see a willy on my 12 week scan pic, and sure enough, there it was at my 20 week scan lol.

DS2's willy was very clear at the 20-week scan...the sonographer brushed over it very quickly but I had already clocked it....she asked us at the end if we wanted to know and when we said 'yes' she said 'oh, he hasn't been shy has he'? Grin

DS1, otoh, the sonographer only said she was 70% certain it was a boy and I hadn't seen anything Hmm

exactly the same happened to us!!
We both didn't say anything until a few hours later and then burst out laughing cos we were thinking the same thing.... and ,yes, it was a boy.
