OP I'm the same! If anything went wrong I would always be, "what if it was that runny egg I ate?" crazy, I know!

I have my own chickens who are vaccinated and healthy with the freshest eggs possible, although I haven't yet had a runny egg (28wks) but I do have soft scrambled eggs, love my scrambled and you've got to have it soft!
I thought rare steak was off the menu? I've found it very hard to resist salamis though, which I was told were no go due to them being raw meat. I have had salami on pizza though as then its cooked so I figure its ok. Would cooked blue cheese be ok? I do a yummy chicken stuffed with stilton, red wine and bacon sauce, really fancied it the other day, but resisted at the time!
