Hi ladies,

thought you might be interested in the documentary Cherry Has A Baby which starts tonight on BBC3.

I think it is the first in a 3-part series.

9pm on BBC3.

PS. Nope, I don't work for the BBC! Just a pregnant mumsnetter who is interested in watching the show.

Loved the show, I also watched 'One Born Every Minute' series on 4OD. I think it's amazing that programmes like that exist, it really helps Mum's to be learn about it from many different perspectives and what labour can really be like. I am 19 and 24 weeks pregnant with my first, and although my Mum is a midwife so any worries have been calmed by her, there's so many questions as to what to expect. And these programmes are the best answer.

p.s. LOVED almost all the clothes worn by Cherry and other Mum's. I've been finding it really hard to find clothes to suit the bump and most just make me look 'blobby' :( Does anyone know any good shops or where Cherry may have got any of her clothes?? I love being pregnant, just not having to try and dress myself!

MummyHayley19 - for clothes that don't look horrible and frumpy I've found asos.com and H&M quite good. H&M does a fantastic skirt which I've barely taken off and asos has some great long t-shirts to wear with jeans. x

Hayley - TopShop d brilliant maternity jeans; and some of their tops are nice too. Otherwise I second Asos too.

I loved One Born Every Minute and that was before I was even pregnant. Just terrific telly/drama and I loved watching the dynamics between the couples.

I really thought it was a good documentary. Cherry seemed down to earth and it was mostl reassuring although my hormones were in overdrive and i ended up blubbing at several points, like little andrew and when stacy held her little one and her face was so joyful....

More tissues please...

Just watching it now without the DP as he's quite dismissive of my desires to find out what goes on sometimes! However, I think it might be useful for him to watch.

Hayley, try jojomamanbebe. I got a great little black skirt for £18. Loved it so much, I got two. Also got great stuff from H&M.
