I am sick of feeling constantly nauseous! Not actually thrown up yet but very close.
Gaviscon staves off a major queasy spell for a little bit. Renne chewy thugs are quite good.
Apples are ace but can only eat so many.

What are your fixes?

I NEED to stop feeling rubbish so I can be more fun for ds- oh and cope with teaching on Monday!

If you need tablets, you need to get a prescription. Usually though, docs aren't keen to prescribe them if you're not throwing up a lot and are keeping food and fluids down (so it's more of a wanting to maintain your lifestyle than real medical necessity).

Oh this brings back hideous memories. Namely vomiting at least five times a day every day for 20 weeks. If I never see another Ginger nut biscuit it will be too soon. But ready salted crisps eaten slowly would keep the next spell of throwing up at bay for an extra hour. I'm a teacher too and had to have weeks off because abandoning your class every half hour to be sick is frowned upon!! Lots of respect if you're managing to keep going-well done xx

Lime juice helps me. Kinda has the same effect as the oranges when I am sick, but it's not happening as often. The eat little and often thing works too, if I eat too much no amount of lime juice can help!!

I'm on holiday at the moment, but not looking forward to going back as I am a floor away from the nearest loo! Could be interesting Wink

Catherine I wholeheartedly agree, I still cant enjoy OJ and I'm now 29 weeks!

This will sound silly but actually being sick stopped me being sick so maybe let it happen - I would then throw up and have a few hours feeling fine until I felt sick again. Disappeared almost overnight at 14 weeks.

Some really great tips here! I can't believe how rotten morning sickness is or all day sickness in my case! Once I muster the energy to get out of my pjs I'll head to the shops for crisps, Ginger, crackers and mints :-) DH is gone to his parents for hols so I am very grateful for MN as I need somewhere to whinge!
